Deni Deep Fryer Snack Size I just love this cute little deep fryer. It is a perfect size for 1 0r 2 people. It beats having to heat up the big deep fryers just to have some french fries or chicken nuggets. It's also easy to strain the oil out, wipe the fryer out and pour the oil back in. So far so good. I was a little worried about the quality but so far this has been a great unit. Perfect for small jobs. There are only two of us and this unit does the job perfectly. Edit: Broke. Lasted 6 months. We used it a lot but still... Maybe we got a lemon but it is only worth 3 or 4 stars now. Great little work horse. I have a larger fryer and it works just fine. I don't use it much because it is big, bulky and a pain to clean. This little guy is great for one or two people. It doesn't take up much space so I leave it on the counter. The adjustable thermostat lets me cook things at the correct temperature so they come out great, just like the big one. When I need to clean it, it is an easy task. The big one is fine for when I have people over and I'm cooking for 5 or six people but for one or two people, this little one is great. I highly recommend it even if you do have the larger deep fryer like I do.
